Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales, consultative selling experience, and strong communication. This remote role requires reliable internet and MS Teams participation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience with phone-based prospecting.
• Experience with consultative sales techniques, not just order-taking.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work and MS Teams meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Make 80+ calls per day to pharmaceutical targets and research prospects.
• Appointment Setting & Sales Support: Set up 3–5 qualified appointments weekly and manage leads in the process.
• Learning & Development: Participate in inside sales training and help maintain the CRM database.
