Steno Agency, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in a high-velocity, remote role. You’ll drive adoption of Steno products, reach out to law firms by phone, and build relationships with client firms.

This position offers uncapped commissions and a base salary with growth, plus premium medical coverage and a collaborative team that values results and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-velocity or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent phone prospecting and closing skills.
• Comfort with remote, screen-based selling and fast pace.
• Familiarity with CRMs and digital-first communication.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to law firms by phone to explain how Steno works and drive adoption of Steno products and services.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal creation and close.
• Own your daily KPIs and put in the effort required to hit your sales targets.
• Follow the Steno sales process and playbook to maximize results.
• Work across teams to ensure a positive customer experience, expand wallet share, and onboard new firms.
• Stay current on product and service releases, and relay front‑line feedback and objections to help forecast market needs.
• Travel to company-sponsored events and client functions to build rapport and deepen relationships.
