Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inpatient coding experience.
• Experience with multi-specialty inpatient coding.
• Proficiency with Epic EHR and 3M encoder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate inpatient coding across specialties (e.g., Cardiology, Neurology, Surgical, NICU).
• Assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes per standards.
• Maintain timely, accurate coding in a fast-paced high-acuity environment.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.
