Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC certification required.
• Minimum two years inpatient coding experience in acute care.
• Experience coding ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS.
• Knowledge of MS-DRG coding classification systems.
• Proficiency with remote connectivity including VPN, MFA and video conferencing.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
• Regular schedule with reliable attendance.
• Meet productivity targets with coding quality of 95% or greater.

Responsibilities

• Code inpatient records using ICD-10-CM/PCS with accuracy.
• Maintain coding quality of 95%+ while meeting productivity targets.
• Collaborate remotely with clients and team via VPN/MFA/video conferencing.
• Ensure timely submission and accurate documentation.
