CareMind Health, a captive clinical services entity of Mindoula Health, Inc., is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to support inpatient services. The role requires building staffing models, onboarding clinicians, and ensuring credentialing and training across multiple hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of combined inpatient healthcare administrative and operational experience.
• PM/leadership experience in start-up or new partnerships.
• Experience building a company or business unit with demonstrated outcomes including P&L management.
• Proficiency with Word, Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to create project plans and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and scheduling support for CareMind Inpatient practice.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on clinician hires and start dates.
• Partner with program leadership on staffing models for inpatient programs.
• Recruit and onboard APPs for inpatient roles; coordinate credentialing processes.
• Develop and refine training, establish protocols, and ensure clinical and operational excellence.
• Create staff schedules 90+ days in advance and coordinate payroll accuracy.
