Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. and its CareMind Health division are seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to support our inpatient practice.

The role focuses on staffing, credentialing, onboarding, and program expansion across hospital partners while maintaining high clinical and operational standards. The ideal candidate has a track record in startup environments, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with Talent Acquisition, clinical leadership, and contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field; Master's preferred.
• At least five years of combined inpatient healthcare administrative and operational experience.
• Project management experience and/or experience implementing new partnerships or markets.
• Experience building a company or business unit(s) with demonstrated outcomes, including experience managing a P&L.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to create project plans, financial models and presentations.
• Experience with healthcare data and outcomes; startup/entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and scheduling support for CareMind Inpatient.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for clinical hires and prepare employment exhibits.
• Coordinate staffing models for new inpatient programs with business development.
• Recruit and interview APPs for inpatient roles with leadership.
• Ensure credentialing readiness and EMR access for new providers.
• Lead onboarding for new providers across clinical sites.
• Train and coach CareMind clinicians on protocols for outcomes and efficiency.
• Develop staff schedules 90 days in advance and coordinate payroll.
• Manage provider PTO, FPPE/OPPE processes for APPs.
• Monitor inpatient quality and performance; support hospital contracts.
