Mindoula Health Inc. seeks an experienced operations leader to support CareMind Inpatient services, driving administrative and scheduling excellence across multiple sites.

The role partners with Talent Acquisition, care leadership, and credentialing to onboard providers, manage staffing, and ensure compliant operations while scaling programs in a high-growth environment. Remote with some in-person responsibilities; preferred DC metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of inpatient healthcare administrative/operational experience.
• PM experience and/or experience implementing new partnerships or markets.
• Experience building a company or business unit with demonstrated outcomes, including P&L management.
• Proficient in Word, Google Suite, Excel and PowerPoint; able to create project plans, financial models and presentations.
• Experience with healthcare data and outcomes.
• Start-up, entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient administrative and scheduling operations to support CareMind Inpatient practice.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to initiate clinical hires and draft employment exhibits.
• Collaborate on staffing models for new inpatient programs.
• Recruit and onboard APPs for inpatient roles; credentialing coordination.
• Lead onboarding for new providers across clinical sites and refine training.
• Develop staff schedules and coordinate payroll accuracy; manage PTO for inpatient teams.
• Monitor FPPE/OPPE processes and proctor reviews for APPs.
• Develop and track practice outcome measures; support contract-specific KPIs.
• Coordinate new program rollouts, ensure timelines and communications are on track.
• Draft policies to improve provider operations and efficiency.
• Maintain high patient and clinician satisfaction through responsive collaboration.
