Job summary

CareMind Health seeks an operations leader to oversee scheduling, onboarding, credentialing, and staffing for our inpatient practice. You will design 90-day provider schedules, coordinate payroll accuracy, and ensure timely PTO tracking. The role includes FPPE/OPPE oversight and monitoring quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in inpatient healthcare operations, plus strong PM, P&L, and data skills. Remote US work, DC metro preferred.
