Job summary

Dykema Gossett PLLC is seeking an experienced Innovation Solutions Specialist. This fully remote role supports the firm’s Innovation Team across offices, with some travel.

You will liaise with users, resolve system needs, and translate feedback into clear requirements. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in a law firm or professional services, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a proven ability to manage projects and protect confidential information within a

Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience in a law firm, professional services or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and business software; able to learn new tools.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and data-reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, think strategically, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to manage time and projects; meet deadlines.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with Innovation team functions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, culturally sensitive, team player.
• Some travel to Dykema offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Innovation team systems and vendors.
• Respond to and resolve needs for systems, including UX gaps and feature requests.
• Distill requests into clear requirements for the Innovation team.
• Liaise with users to understand needs and align with firm goals.
• Create user documentation for internal and external users.
• Coordinate and deliver training for pilot users.
• Develop POC/Pilot plans and test new tools, providing feedback.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
