Job summary

Dykema Gossett PLLC, a national law firm, seeks an experienced Innovation Solutions Specialist to join its Innovation Team. This fully remote role works from a firm office location and includes some travel to offices.

You will liaise with users, define requirements for systems, create user documentation, and help plan pilots and training for new tools. Candidates should have at least three years in a legal or professional services setting, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent

• At least 3 years of related experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and business software; ability to learn new tools.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Innovation team systems/applications and third-party vendors.
• Respond to and resolve needs for systems/applications, including configuration changes and UX gaps.
• Distill requests into requirements and change requests; document them for the team.
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and contribute to system design and evolution.
• Create user documentation for internal and external users.
• Coordinate training for POC and Pilot users; participate in testing new tools.
• Develop POC/Pilot plans and provide feedback on tools; perform other duties as assigned.
