Job summary

Dykema is seeking an experienced Innovation Solutions Specialist to join its Innovation Team. The role is fully remote within a Dykema office location and involves collaborating with leadership and cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and improve systems and applications that support firm operations.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of related experience in a professional services setting, strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook), excellent communication, and keen attention

Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience in a law firm, professional services or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze problems, exercise good judgment and make objective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for requests and questions of Innovation team systems/applications and with third party vendors.
• Respond to and resolve identified needs for systems/applications, including configuration changes and UX gaps.
• Distill requests into requirements and change requests; document them for the Innovation team.
• Develop awareness of user needs and contribute to the design of new and current systems.
• Create documentation for users, internal and external.
• Coordinate training and conduct training for Pilot users.
• Develop POC/Pilot plans and participate in testing new tools.
