Zusammenfassung

Humana’s Differentiation Team within Consumer Strategy seeks a Strategy Advancement Advisor to help shape and execute next-generation differentiated experiences for Humana's members.

You will partner across Product, Operations, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Experience Design to build pilot plans, ROI cases, and scalable opportunities, translating insights into measurable business impact. The role offers remote flexibility with occasional travel for trainings.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of full-time relevant strategic work experience, ideally post-MBA.
• Experience in healthcare or management consulting.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions across the enterprise.
• Experience leading complex, strategic initiatives in a large matrixed organization.
• Superior problem-solving skills with qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Experience leveraging consumer insights to design new products/services/solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with executive-level presentations.

Aufgaben

• Support development of consumer-centered growth and differentiation strategies with a 12-24 month horizon.
• Identify emerging market trends and inform strategic recommendations.
• Frame ambiguous problems and build business cases for investment.
• Collaborate with design, research, and operations to embed member needs in priorities.
• Serve as thought partner for exploration of new concepts, experiences, and models.
• Build ROI analyses and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead workstreams for strategic initiatives and pilots from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Develop pilot plans, metrics, and roadmaps for rapid testing.
• Drive execution against milestones and mitigate risks.
• Translate pilot learnings into actionable recommendations.
• Build relationships across functions and present executive-level recommendations.
