Humana is hiring for a senior leadership role in Clinical Innovation & Trend to define and scale cross-functional clinical programs and products. You will translate clinical priorities into pilots, launch with rigor, and expand successful initiatives across the enterprise.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with analytics, engineering, design, and business leaders to improve member experiences, outcomes, and cost of care.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree required.
• 10+ years in strategy and operations within healthcare.
• Clinical operations knowledge across payers and providers.
• Product experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business and/or consulting background.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Experience with analytics and data.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Process improvement experience.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes.
• Ability to lead diverse groups toward shared vision.

Aufgaben

• Drive enterprise-wide clinical strategy and develop/execute initiatives.
• Own the full lifecycle of clinical programs and products from concept to scale.
• Oversee digital health partnerships, Stars strategies, and high-cost specialties.
• Shape long-term integrated clinical product approaches aligned to member needs.
• Lead and collaborate with partners across the enterprise to reach common goals.
• Coordinate with business, clinicians, analytics, engineering and design teams.
• Influence senior leaders to align efforts on high-value opportunities.
• Design/test/scale cross-functional approaches to improve outcomes and costs.
• Provide strategic input and updates to enterprise forums.
• Present opportunities to Humana leadership to improve health and reduce costs.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex issues and bring others along.
