Canon Information Technology Services, Inc. is seeking skilled, customer-focused individuals for remote technical support. You will handle inbound calls, resolve common and complex printer issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction in a first-call resolution approach.

The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with Windows/Mac, and proficiency in MS Office, with flexible scheduling and a virtual work setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or call center experience is required.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or MAC operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive and professional technical support to Canon customers via phone.
• Analyze complex issues to answer questions, troubleshoot, and advise on solutions.
• Promptly identify, research, and resolve customer inquiries using all available software and network tools.
• Interact with customers and team members to expedite call resolution.
• Make prompt, accurate business decisions that benefit both the business and the customer.
• Document interactions and resolutions in company applications.
• Assist customers in using Canon's Total Care approach to purchase decisions and completing orders online.
