Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of related experience in printing pre/post-sales support and a strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, print drivers, and Canon software like eCopy, Therefore, and uniFLOW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in office and production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software including Microsoft and Apple OS and print driver setup.
• Thorough working knowledge of Canon USA software portfolio including eCopy, Therefore and uniFLOW.
• Strong grasp of networking essentials and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Owns training programs and outcomes for regional accounts.
• Determines best instructional methods for each training session and tests trainees to measure progress.
• Develops and evaluates training activities and coordinates curriculum development.
• Analyzes customer training needs to determine requirements for new programs.
• Travels as needed, up to 60%, with valid driver's license.
