Canon ITS is seeking highly skilled individuals to deliver exceptional technical support for Canon customers. As a Technical Printer Support Representative I, you will handle inbound calls, diagnose and resolve a range of inkjet printer issues, and strive for first-call resolution while following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience is required.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or MAC operating systems.
• Proficiency with internet navigation, instant messaging, and email.
• Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and active listening skills in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Comfort navigating multiple computer programs and screens.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Canon customers via phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine to complex printer issues with first call resolution.
• Escalate appropriate cases and follow up to ensure timely resolutions.
