Encova Insurance is seeking an Injury Resolution Specialist to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle bodily injury claims within jurisdictional guidelines. The role is home-based, requiring residency in payroll-registered states.

You will review coverage, gather facts, determine reserves, and move files toward resolution, with a target average of 20 losses per month. Travel may be occasional, reporting to a Manager, National Injury Claims.

Qualifications

• This position requires a college degree or equivalent and a strong understanding of insurance and the claims organization.
• Continuing education is strongly preferred in insurance-related designations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle bodily injury claims within jurisdictional guidelines.
• Review coverage, apply policy conditions, determine reserves and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Meet a minimum average of 20 losses per month and maintain comprehensive reports.
