The position offers remote nationwide work with on-site days in Richfield, OH four days weekly, coordinating with insureds, claimants, and external partners while preserving confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in property and casualty claims handling highly preferred.
• Professional designation such as AIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages a large inventory of complex claims to evaluate compensability and liability.
• Plans and conducts complex claims investigations to confirm coverage and liability.
• Analyzes and negotiates settlements within authority; may attend arbitrations or trials.
• Communicates complex coverage information to insureds and external partners.
• Maintains accurate claim files and reserves; supports staff development as needed.
