Job summary

Reserv is seeking a highly organized Resolution Specialist to join our team in a remote-friendly, US-wide environment. The role focuses on communicating with customers by phone, educating and guiding them through their claim to the best possible outcome, and triaging an inventory of claims with an emphasis on quickly resolving matters.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license in resident state or DHS license; willingness to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality customer service to policyholders and claimants by answering calls, filing claims, and resolving requests.
• Manage an inventory of litigated and non-litigated cases.
• Analyze auto claims to identify disputes, gather information, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with defense and coverage counsel, and manage relationships with vendors.
