Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in a senior business development role within the manufacturing industry focused on Med Device OEMs.
• Proven experience selling precision grinding, medical wire, and metal tubing solutions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and partners.
• Track record of achieving growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the Med Device manufacturing sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and decision-makers.
• Lead and mentor the business development team to meet goals.
• Oversee implementation of business development plans and KPIs.
