Jobot is seeking a Director of Inside Sales for our plastic injection molding division. Fully remote role focusing on directing inside sales, building key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across medical device components.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales leadership within plastics, solid program and account management experience, and proven ability to lead a high-performing team in a contract manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales leadership role within plastic injection molding.
• Proven program and account management experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong relationship-building.
• Strong understanding of plastic injection molding and contract manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities with strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Directing and overseeing all inside sales functions to meet sales objectives.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned to corporate goals.
• Managing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Providing leadership and resource stewardship to the inside sales function.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis within plastics.
• Developing and implementing sales training programs for the team.
• Preparing periodic sales reports on volume and potential client base expansion.
• Reviewing and adjusting sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Participating in key meetings as the sales lead.
