CureCare is hiring a Home Infusion Scheduler (Remote) in the United States. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

You will own the schedule, drive patient care, and coordinate between patients, nurses, pharmacies, and internal teams from a remote, fully remote work setup. This role acts as the command center of CureCare’s home infusion operations, ensuring visits occur on time and care moves forward with minimal friction.

Qualifications

• Scheduling, healthcare coordination, call center, or administrative experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily, multi-day, and recurring infusion schedules.
• Ensure every visit happens on time, with the right nurse and medication.
• Make fast, smart schedule changes when cancellations or shifts occur.
• Control the workflow with no gaps or missed treatments.
