Job summary

CureCare is seeking a Home Infusion RN to join our team delivering infusion therapy to patients in their homes across the Northeast. Per diem roles offer flexible scheduling and the chance to build a patient-centered practice.

This position requires a valid RN license, driver’s license, and at least two years of infusion experience. You will work independently, document care in an EMR, and collaborate with CureCare's clinical and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Minimum 2+ years infusion nursing in clinical settings.
• Home Infusion experience preferred.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy and nursing services at patient homes.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Document patient history and care in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with CureCare clinical teams.
