CureCare, LLC is seeking a Remote Home Infusion Scheduler to own the scheduling and coordination of infusion visits. The role demands fast decision-making, precision, and accountability to ensure timely patient care and nurse productivity.

Responsibilities include building complex schedules, real-time adjustments, and cross-team communication. This 100% remote position emphasizes ownership of outcomes in a healthcare operations setting.

• Build and manage daily, multi-day, and recurring infusion schedules (IVIG, biologics, specialty therapies).
• Ensure every visit happens on time, with the right nurse, and the right medication.
• Make fast, smart schedule changes when patients cancel, nurses call out, or medications shift.
• Control the workflow — no gaps, no chaos, no missed treatments.
• Be the central point of contact between patients, nurses, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Deliver clear, confident updates when schedules change.
• Drive alignment across departments so care moves forward without friction.
• Secure nurse coverage when schedules shift — no delays, no dropped visits.
• Balance workloads to keep nurses productive and engaged.
• Take charge during last-minute changes and keep patient care on track.
• Document scheduling activity with precision.
• Ensure visit timing aligns with physician orders and pharmacy delivery.
• Protect patient information and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
