Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license required by state law.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Currently located in Texas or Nevada (Nevada must also hold Arizona Tech license).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound call center communications including customer inquiries and service requests.
• Bleeding disorder/alpha 1 patient case management with monthly refills and assessments.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, sales, and nursing for coordinated patient care.
• Demonstrate active listening and root-cause analysis to identify issues.
• Support the Benefit Verification team with processing test claims for patients.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and document caller questions to resolution.
• Aim for one-call resolution and onboarding of new patients.
