Qualifications

Active pharmacy technician license in NV/TX/AZ (or ability to obtain within 90 days for NV).
PTCB certification required.
Minimum 2 years as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound call center communications for customer inquiries and service requests.
Bleeding disorder/alpha 1 patient case management with monthly refills and assessments.
Collaborate with pharmacists, sales, and nursing for coordinated patient care.
Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving to identify root causes.
Support the Benefit Verification team with test claims processing for clearance.
Navigate multiple computer systems and document caller questions to resolution.
Aim for one-call resolution and review orders/prescriptions for urgency and accuracy.
Onboard new patients with a high-touch care model.
