UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support patient care coordination, billing, and order processing from a remote, US-based location. The role involves high-touch patient onboarding, claims assistance, and cross-functional collaboration with pharmacy, sales, and nursing teams.

Required NV/TX licensing (AZ license acceptable for NV) and PTCB certification, 2+ years in pharmacy tech and customer service, plus Windows proficiency. Telecommuting is available in NV/TX/AZ regions.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license as required by state law.
• PTCB certification is required.
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience and 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate Windows PC applications and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound call center communications and inquiries.
• Conduct monthly refills and assessments for patient population.
• Collaborate with Infusion Pharmacy team to coordinate care.
• Listen actively and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Support Benefit Verification team with test claims processing.
