Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Developer with Infrastructure Tool Kit (ITK) experience to develop and maintain USPS systems code. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a Public Trust clearance, knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, Change Management and ALM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
Public Trust clearance is required for the role.
Experience with ITK tools, DevSecOps practices and cloud-native designs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in project planning and prepare programming specifications and docs.
Design, code, test, and debug programs using ITK languages.
Adhere to USPS development standards and ensure data security.
Coordinate with team leaders and customers to monitor progress.
Maintain and update programs, procedures and system documentation.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
