Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Developer with Infrastructure Tool Kit (ITK) experience to develop and maintain systems code for the USPS. This role is fully remote within the United States and requires a Public Trust clearance, plus familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and ALM practices.

Responsibilities include planning, coding, testing, and maintaining programs while aligning with USPS standards and security requirements. Preferred skills cover DevSecOps, cloud services, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–8 years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Must have Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning and prepare technical specifications.
• Design, code, test, and debug programs using ITK tools.
• Adhere to USPS development standards and ensure data security.
