Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Developer with Infrastructure Tool Kit (ITK) experience to develop and maintain USPS systems code. This role is fully remote within the United States and requires a Public Trust clearance, experience with Agile, SDLC, Change and Configuration Management, and ALM.

You will design, code, test, and debug programs using ITK, adhere to USPS development standards, and coordinate with team leaders, customers, and vendors. You’ll also monitor security and update documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5-8 years of experience.
• Public Trust clearance required.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, and ALM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning and develop coding specifications.
• Design, code, test, and debug programs using ITK.
• Adhere to USPS development standards and manage data security risks.
• Coordinate with team leader, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain and update programs and system documentation.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
