Job summary

Brown & Brown seeks a Program Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio to lead the project portfolio across enterprise infrastructure initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to align roadmaps, budgets, and delivery priorities while driving governance and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT program or portfolio management.
• Experience leading Infrastructure & Operations initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or portfolios with cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing Project Managers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Infrastructure & Operations project portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead large-scale programs and transformations, including cloud adoption, data center modernization, network transformation, endpoint management, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and ITSM initiatives.
• Provide direction and escalation support to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Promote consistent PMO methodologies, governance practices, reporting standards, and project management disciplines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and drive successful outcomes.
