Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Program Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio to lead a growing team across Daytona Beach, FL; Plano, TX or Remote for the right candidate. The role focuses on managing the infrastructure and operations project portfolio, including cloud migrations, data center modernization, network transformation, and ITSM initiatives.

You will oversee project managers, drive governance, and champion a culture of delivery excellence while aligning with enterprise strategy

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT program or portfolio management, including Infrastructure & Operations initiatives.
• Experience leading multiple projects or portfolios with cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure and operations disciplines, including cloud services, networking, compute, storage, endpoint management, IT service management, and operational support models.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Infrastructure & Operations project portfolio aligned to enterprise strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead large-scale programs including cloud adoption, data center modernization, and ITSM initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, forecasts, and delivery outcomes; establish governance and reporting frameworks.
• Coach and develop a team of Project Managers; ensure adherence to PMO methodologies and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships to drive outcomes.
