Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead and optimize a complex IT services portfolio. The role collaborates with Sales, Solutions, and delivery leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable service offers and governance frameworks.

You will drive portfolio roadmap development, monitor performance, and oversee cross-project dependencies to ensure delivery success for the assigned customer portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management within IT Professional Services or similar technology services environment.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution costing, and SOW development.
• Experience partnering with sales, solutions, and delivery leadership to translate goals into actionable portfolio strategies.
• Experience managing escalations, risks, budgets, and dependencies across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives and Winning Together values.
• Oversee centralized management of the project portfolio and ensure alignment with customer strategy and objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, authorize, manage and control portfolio projects and bookings.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio roadmap, delivery vision, and capacity management across bookings, backlog, and utilization.
• Prepare and present portfolio-level updates for governance boards and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and customers to translate strategic goals into actionable portfolio strategy.
• Drive performance tracking and governance, ensuring timely completion of objectives and clear visibility into status and outcomes.
