Job Description

The successful candidate will manage programs supporting projects within the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Portfolio, with a strong emphasis on Data Center and Network Infrastructure initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and with high quality, while meeting client and business expectations.

This position requires hands‑on experience supporting Data Center and Networking environments, along with deep expertise in Program and Project Management across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The role ensures programs operate effectively and meet defined metrics and objectives through strong cross functional collaboration, governance, and execution discipline.

Core Responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in Program and Project Management across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure programs, including Data Center, Network Infrastructure, Fiber, and Cloud Services
• Ability to develop and maintain program templates, roadmaps, reports, metrics, and governance documentation
• Measure, track, and report on program performance, outcomes, and success metrics
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Communicate and champion infrastructure and networking requirements necessary to execute the IT portfolio
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and governance processes
• Highly collaborative and able to work cross functionally to drive alignment and results

Job Responsibilities

• Provide IT services including planning, development, implementation, and support for systems solutions supporting:

• Data Center Technologies
• Fiber and Telecommunications
• Cloud and User Device Technologies
• Lead programs and projects involving data center operations, network upgrades, infrastructure modernization, and cloud connectivity
• Utilize tools and techniques to estimate physical, financial, and human capital costs
• Drive creative problem solving approaches while delivering high quality, business aligned outcomes
• Resolve conflicts, manage risks, and ensure timely issue resolution
• Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to project and program teams
• Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure program outcomes align with organizational and business goals
• Communicate initiative to business goal alignment with IT and business leadership
• Act as a liaison between IT Infrastructure teams, business partners, and external stakeholders
• Monitor program results against technical and infrastructure specifications
• Ensure appropriate resourcing across programs and projects
• Develop and manage meaningful monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and variance explanations
• Identify new technologies, vendors, partners, and delivery models
• Provide regular project and program status reporting to stakeholders
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on overall program health and progress
