Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell segments. You will conduct opportunity sizing, shape an intelligence layer, and measure impact of AI-enabled solutions with product, data, and IT partners.

This remote role reports to the Director, Informatics and emphasizes collaboration with product, clinical, and technology teams to drive patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's with 4+ years of analytics experience.
• 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions that impact patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI & ML solutions.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Apply clinical/public health research methodologies to guide investments.
• Experience with data analysis and engineering for analytics and model evaluation.
• Excellent communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact and accuracy.
• Serve as subject matter expert for population health benchmarks across partners and research.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact on care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for connected patient intelligence.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify unmet needs and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new capabilities prior to development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams.
