Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience solving complex business problems through analytics, operations, strategy, or informatics.
• Define problems, establish analytical approaches, and create solutions where no established process existed.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize data sources.
• Experience making recommendations when data or priorities are imperfect or uncertain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through logic, evidence, and structured problem solving.
• Experience translating business objectives into measurable analytical approaches and outcomes.
• Track record of using data to influence decisions and drive action.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, claims, or population health data.
• Experience utilizing SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, operations research, informatics, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success solving novel business challenges in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects with accountability for outcomes from problem identification through recommendation, implementation, and measurement.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize information from multiple data sources to identify causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate findings, assumptions, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences including senior leadership.
• Develop analytical frameworks, business cases, and decision-support tools for transparent decisions.
• Influence strategy and operational priorities through evidence-based insights and evaluation of alternatives.
• Take ownership of projects, defining goals, approaches, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Improve performance by challenging assumptions and driving sustainable solutions.
