Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy. You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer, and measure impact with AI partners. This is a remote role reporting to the Director, Informatics.

Responsibilities include defining metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams, and translating opportunities into scalable solutions while driving value for patient care outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or Master's with 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions and their outcomes, performance and validation.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for analyzing complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical/public health methodologies to assess opportunities and guide investments.
• Experience with data analytics/engineering for analytics and model evaluation to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presenting findings to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact, drift, and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks and unify internal/external perspectives.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence capabilities on care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for connected patient intelligence.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify unmet clinical needs and inform product roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new capabilities before development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
