Job summary

Collectivus Holdings is seeking a hands-on SX.e Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our on-premise SX.e environment while guiding the transition to Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD). This role blends functional leadership with technical know-how to translate business needs into scalable configurations.

You will work across purchasing, inventory, order management, and finance, align with IT and vendors, and lead testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Three+ years supporting on-premise Infor SX.e in wholesale distribution or industrial supply.
• Deep knowledge of SX.e modules: Inventory, Order Entry, POs, AP/AR.
• Experience with Infor CSD implementation or optimization.
• Understanding of legacy SX.e to CSD translations and impact.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process design, and post-go-live support.
• Familiarity with Progress OpenEdge, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional configuration of on-prem SX.e, including permissions, warehouse logic, and module setup.
• Support daily distribution, inventory, order management, purchasing, and financial operations.
• Analyze and improve Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory and warehouse workflows.
• Troubleshoot transaction errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues.
• Lead testing for patches, upgrades, and CSD releases.
• Support EDI, WMS, payment processors, and banking integrations.
• Develop documentation, specs, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
