Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems in Niwot, Colorado is seeking a Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics modules within Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN).

You will serve as the primary SME for supply chain modules, providing end-user support, system setup, and documentation, collaborating with Operations, Procurement, and ERP teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Supply Chain, Inventory, or Warehouse.
• 5+ years ERP experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CSIE modules for Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Factory Track.
• Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for procurement, receiving, inventory, and shipping issues.
• Investigate inventory accuracy, material movements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to optimize procure-to-pay (P2P) and warehouse execution through system settings and workflows.
• Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement domains.
• Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.
• Manage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents.
• Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.
