Job summary

Children’s Health seeks a Senior Enterprise Application Analyst to manage Infor FSM cloud SCM configurations and integrations within the IT Business Application Services team. You’ll support end-to-end SCM processes including Contract Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Warehouse, while collaborating with Supply Chain and business stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite tools, IPD, and data migration, plus strong documentation and testing skills.

Qualifications

Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Infor FSM modules in an enterprise setting.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and document them clearly.
Experience with SCM processes: Contract Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Item Master, Warehouse, and related modules.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support Infor FSM modules, including Supply Requisition, Contract Management, Warehouse, Purchase Order, Item Master, EDI, Process Server Administrator and Job Console.
Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting across Supply Chain applications.
Design, develop, and maintain documentation; lead system testing and UAT; support data migration and integrations.
Deliver end-user training and ensure system adoption; ensure data security and compliance.
Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain to optimize FSM configurations and performance.
