Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to own, enhance, and optimize our Infor CSI/SyteLine ecosystem across multiple sites. You will drive system performance, data integrity, and cross-platform integrations to align enterprise architecture with daily production goals and long-term business strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Infor CSI/SyteLine in multi-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong SQL Server, Mongoose, ION workflows, and DB troubleshooting skills.
• Autonomous project leadership with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration across production, sandbox, and QA environments.
• Lead multi-site data replication and inter-company flows.
• Oversee security roles and license allocation.
• Manage patch deployments, upgrades, and release testing.
• Develop custom forms, IDOs, workflows, and UDFs with Mongoose.
• Build secure REST/SOAP/API interfaces and ION integrations.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for core ERP modules (Supply Chain, Finance, MRP).
• Ensure data integrity and support executive reporting.
