Unknown is seeking a remote Talent Scout to hunt for viral creators and build lasting partnerships across major platforms. You will leverage data tools, pitch with conviction, and manage complex creator relationships in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires exceptional outreach, deal negotiation, and CRM discipline, with a focus on staying ahead of trends and platform changes to sustain a cutting-edge creator ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, proactive with a hunter mindset.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication across audiences.
• Proven experience in high-volume, relationship-driven roles such as influencer marketing, outbound sales, recruitment, account management or business development.
• Ability to manage a 50+ creator pipeline across stages without dropping details.
• Deep obsession with social media, gaming/eSports, and digital communities.

Responsibilities

• Creator discovery and scouting across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Kick, Twitch, and X.
• High-volume outreach with highly personalized pitches.
• Lead partnership discussions and act as the main contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity for creators and contracts.
• Coordinate campaigns with internal teams to ensure on-time launch and briefs.
• Monitor trends and algorithms to extend creator ecosystems.
