Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage creator relationships and campaigns.
• Lead the UGC strategy: identify concepts, test formats, optimize campaigns.
• Partner with product, creative, and growth teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROIs.
• Help establish scalable marketing systems and contribute to long-term growth.
