Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of specialty pharmaceutical sales in complex institutions.
• Experience in refractory HSV, IC, HSCT, SOT or hematologic malignancies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional efforts without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitor knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HCIR credentialing required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Travel 60–70% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to maximize territory sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional customers.
• Educate stakeholders using approved resources and materials.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Field Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access.
• Organize territory events and manage travel within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports.
• Attend local/regional events and industry conferences.
• Share market intelligence to optimize strategy.
