Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Virtual Infection Prevention Specialist for remote USA. You will conduct outbound calls, respond to inquiries, qualify leads and close sales while meeting quotas. Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to tailor solutions for healthcare customers.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or associate with3+ years of sales) and experience in healthcare or inside sales. Remote work across AZ, NM, NV, UT with up to 10% travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or higher with sales experience.
• Alternatively, an associate degree with at least 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience selling healthcare products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat with product information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to achieve targets.
• Close sales and meet daily and monthly quotas.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity.
