Job summary

Solventum is a new healthcare company seeking a Qualification Specialist (Inbound Leads) in Finance to rapidly engage new inbound leads and determine clinical and commercial needs.

You will conduct discovery conversations, document interactions in Salesforce, and hand off qualified opportunities to sales teams while collaborating with cross-functional partners. This remote role allows up to 10% domestic travel and requires legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 1+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, lead development, or related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in sales, inside sales, customer service, lead development, or related experience.
• Strong discovery, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospective customers professionally.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system; experience with Salesloft or a similar sales engagement platform.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly engage inbound leads by phone, email, and approved channels to meet SLAs.
• Conduct discovery to understand needs, buying intent, timeline, authority, and care setting.
• Review leads for completeness, research accounts, and maintain lead status in Salesforce.
• Route qualified opportunities with documentation and coordinate territory questions as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Virtual/Field Sales, Clinical Specialists, Marketing to improve lead flow.
