Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Sterilization & Monitoring Specialist to join our healthcare team in a remote sales role. You will focus on building relationships, expanding territory, and delivering value through patient-centered solutions.

You will manage accounts, use data to plan, and collaborate with clinicians and distributors. A bachelor’s degree or higher plus 2–4 years of sales/clinical experience is expected, with a valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years of sales or clinical experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of sales, clinical or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable growth.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Identify and solve customer priorities and constraints.
• Leverage hospital network to identify expansion opportunities.
• Persuade key stakeholders at accounts to advocate for proposed solutions.
• Manage relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Increase mix of NPIs.
• Collaborate with channel/distribution/kitting partners to align on tactics.
• Offer in-service, education, and technical support as needed.
• Drive product adoption and standardization.
• Complete sales planning and maintain Salesforce call data.
• Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
