Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Virtual Sales Clinical Specialist (IPVS) to education and implement training for healthcare providers and facilities. You will collaborate with sales, deliver clinical education, and help with onboarding and product adoption across global teams.

Remote work location is offered with up to 30% travel domestically; compensation ranges for US applicants are provided in the posting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years in education, training, or healthcare product implementation.
Alternate: high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.
Experience delivering education to internal or external audiences.
Clinical background or healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary education and implementation resource for the Virtual Sales IPVS team by supporting product demonstrations, customer education, product trials, and adoption activities in partnership with sales representatives and healthcare stakeholders.
Deliver product training and clinical education for healthcare providers, clinicians, educators, and facility champions, including train-the-trainer programs and the development and maintenance of educational tools and training resources.
Coordinate facility conversion and onboarding activities by partnering with facility leadership to establish implementation plans, providing follow-up education, reinforcing product utilization, and identifying barriers to successful adoption.
Serve as a subject matter resource for Infection Prevention products by supporting product-related clinical questions, developing expertise in sterilization workflows and product applications, and escalating advanced clinical issues when appropriate.
Support approved skills fairs, educational programs, customer events, product launches, and onboarding of new IPVS representatives through virtual and in-person training and ongoing educational content development.
