Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Virtual Wound Healing Specialist to drive outreach and convert leads from a remote US location. You will respond to inquiries, identify patient and clinician needs, and propose Solventum solutions.

You will maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with regional sales teams, and stay current on wound care trends to meet targets. A bachelor’s degree or higher with sales experience is required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree plus sales experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience in healthcare sales or medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to learn technical and product information for customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide information about Solventum products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with field sales teams and internal partners to support sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Demonstrate procedural, clinical, technical, and product knowledge to identify solutions.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Close sales opportunities while meeting daily activity metrics and monthly quotas.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
