Ladders seeks an Industry Account Manager to drive growth across assigned accounts in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. You will build trusted relationships, shape solutions, and advance complex sales cycles with internal teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation: $168,320 - $210,400 annually. Travel up to 40% is typical, with benefits and retirement plans included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 5 years of experience in industrial automation preferred.
• 5 years of experience in technical sales or related fields preferred.
• Experience selling to food and beverage or agriculture accounts preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert for assigned accounts by understanding industry and business goals.
• Develop growth strategies and communicate account plans to the team.
• Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer processes and needs.
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate solutions to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with industry managers and technical teams to win opportunities.
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate target assessments.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with internal teams and customers.
• Manage account reviews and set customer expectations.
